A12. How frequently is my consumption data recorded?

There are two different meter types which can be used to record electricity consumption at your property. Each property will have only one metering type.
  • If your property has accumulation metering, we will visit to take a reading approximately every three months.
  • If your property has interval metering, typically your consumption will be digitally recorded at 5, 15 or 30 minute intervals throughout the day dependent on your meter type.
