A13. When will I receive my consumption data?
Where the Your Meter Data website is unable to assist you with meter data, the timeframe in which we are able to action your request will vary. When you request meter data for a single NMI we will action this request within 10 business days. When you request meter data for 2-100 NMIs we will action this request within 20 business days. If you are requesting meter data for more than 100 NMIs, we request you contact us so that a timeframe can be agreed. |
